In the event that you do need to cancel your reservation, it’s important to note that if your booking is rebooked by another guest, you can receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.

- Camping Reservations (3 days and more):
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- Cancellations made 2 to 6 days before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which includes any applicable transaction fees.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cabin Rentals:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which includes any applicable transaction fees.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Boat Rentals for Fishermen (4 days and more):
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled rental period will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the scheduled rental period will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled rental period will not be eligible for a refund.
4. HOUSE ON THE WATER Rental:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
Please Note:
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our booking platform.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, according to the respective cancellation policy.
